  Waited over 30 minutes for a plain burger & salad, burger came out wrong. Took another 25 to get the correct burger. Nothing was done except an excuse that "the fries took longer than expected." Horrible experience and will not return.

  Ordered a southwestern steak salad to go. The kitchen was very backed up and I still had to wait at the bar for my order, which is fine but the salad itself was pitiful. Only a handful of romaine ribs and a teaspoon full of blackbean salad on that. The only saving grace to earn this experience three stars is that my 3 ounces of steak was cooked properly. Definitely not worth the $13 price tag...

  The place smells awful when you walk in the front door. It smells like mildew. This restaurant needs to be remodeled. Also, the waitress did not seem like she even wanted to be there. The food was not that great either. Will not go to this Applebees again.
